At INITIALLED, we want you to be completely satisfied with your bespoke fashion pieces. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags and custom packaging into a secure shipping box to ensure they arrive back in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team verifies the condition of your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
